I was reading “How to Win Friends and Influence People” and there’s a lot of stuff in there about great people in history, about how they got to where they did and how. There was something in there about Lincoln, and I was sooo interested in knowing more. And as I’m in American History in college, I hear about more people…like Franklin and his inventions and manipulation skills, and there really was a Samuel Adams! Ha ha! So far, my interests include, Lincoln (I have a bio of him in my room right now, just waiting to be read!), Jefferson, Einstein, Edison, Hitler, Bell, and Homer. Kind of a wide range… I recently did a little research on Michelangelo and da Vinci. It’s amazing how someone can be disliked/unrespected during their time, but be considered amazing artists and sculptors after their time. It makes me hope after my death that people will have great things to say about me….

First of all, thanks very much for sharing your goals, progress in pursuing that goal and what made you setup that goal. It’s very precious information to me as a late follower. :)
I have just started to pursue my personal goals, one of them is “to learn and understand great people in history”, because I want to learn from them and follow their route—I want to identify those great people who have similar traits and strengths which I possess since my childhood.
