oh man - you used to test video games? that sounds pretty neat. but then again, you’d probably have to do certain sequences over and over again, and that doesn’t sound like too much fun. so glad to hear you’re teaching math - that’s one of my dreams, once my back gives out on me and i can’t bake anymore!

I taught math for a few weeks. When I was a substitute teacher, I had a long-term job for a teacher who was on maternity leave. She taught math to all the 5th graders in the school. Fortunately, it was Spring so it was all review and busy work… or I really would have screwed those poor kids up! Everyone makes fun of me b/c I’m not good at math. But that is one of the greatest things I’ve ever heard, that you wanted to do it so bad and quit your job and went back to school and you’re DOING IT!
