do a strength-training routine at home 3 days a week. (read all 5 entries…)
I did my 2nd day yesterday. 3 years ago

curls 3×15
kickbacks 3×15
lat. raise 3×15
military press 3×10
stand. obliques 3×20
crunches 3×12
bicycle 3×15
reverse crunch 3×10
bb press 3×20 sec.
calf pushups 3×10

So far so good – I upped my reps on each thing. I didn’t do squats because my quads were still really sore from spinning and the previous session – I did lunges:(.

Yay! Today I rest, and I have spinning. Tomorrow, I will do my complete routine, with more exercises I found, and squats and lunges. Yay!
