Improve my posture (read all 17 entries…)

I’ve been trying to keep up with my exercises, despite my travel schedule. Tonight, the physio said I had better posture than she did (although I admit I was paying extra attention to my posture – so now I just need to pay extra attention to it all the time!).

I also have to start doing some exercises with a giant beach ball – not an item that I have readily available. Not even a small beach ball, in fact.

And I’ve only been working on it consciously for 12 weeks so far, and poorly at that until the last couple of weeks.

I guess I’ve averaged 3 or 4 times a week over the last few weeks. Apparently, I missed an appointment on Monday (I had it in my diary for next Monday), but I don’t feel like I need to go again just now anyway.

I’ve just been doing them normally, sans beach ball (giant or otherwise). So far this week I’ve done them on Sunday and Monday.
