Being of Italian heritage, my favourite foods are naturally anything European. I love home made ravioli, pizelles, tiramisu, cannoli, cannelloni, lasagne,gnocchi and the beautiful olive oils. I adore really good coffee and delectable sweet biscuits. My mouth is already watering…........

You know, about the saddest of the favorites, that’s a very interesting question. If you say, “that’s my least favorite”, it implies that in the set of favorites, it is the one that garners the least favor.
So, what is the opposite of favor? Rancor? Antipathy? Disgust?
Honestly, you’re talking to a guy who when asked “please turn the A/C up” doesn’t know if I’m supposed to make it cooler or hotter in the room. And recall, I want the phrase to be “go forth and back” because I don’t see how you can go back and forth without going forth first.

“passatelli”? that’s my favourite italian food, but it’s typical of a very limited area. We even have a peculiar kitchen tool to prepare it (see photo).
Here is the recipe if you want to try it. It’s very simple and delicious, probably because there’s nutmeg! ;-}.
