I played for 2 years 25 years ago. Then I put the flute under my bed and it never saw the light of day until 2 years ago. Now, I’m playing in church and the talent show at work. My music teacher just asked me to play a jazz duet with him at a club. How cool is that? Go practice. Do you know the “daffodil principle”? It’s a long story, but it has to do with a woman who planted 50,000 daffodil bulbs over the course of 40 years which created quite a sight on a mountainside in California. The moral of the story is that you can do incredible things if you just keep at it and progress in baby steps. Go do it.
