I know o person whom i frequently disrespect at his back,but i am polite on his face because of his position.i must stop this now.

This is complete decluttering right in the heart…
But,i wish u to stay a bit of human.Nothing very serious.But you can’t tell the world that you hate him,dislike her on the face of his/her.Better never ever do.You can’t make everybody ur friend..or else,there is something good to like in everyone.To my mind,you need little spice in ur life as well.
I don’t show extra warmth to hide my disrespect to anybody,but,in our profession we meet people who are mostlt imposed on us.
Why don’t u give him chance to earn your respect!!!!!!h….h…hhaaaa

I simply mean to give him chance to earn ur respect.Let him work hard.Don’t make thing easier for him by letting him know abt your TRUE feeling.
Seems,u considering two options
1-be impolite,or
2-start respecting him..
You don’t have to love or respect everybody who comes in touch with you.
