During this week, I used the elliptical four days out of the week, walked/ran two days out of the week, and took one rest day. Three out of the four days, I used the elliptical for 30 minutes each day (one day was for an hour). I used to feel bad about cutting down my time, but I’m okay with it now…it’s better to at least do something rather than nothing. Doing one hour straight through just wasn’t something I liked very much and that’s why I changed it (it was starting to get boring). I want to stick to using the elliptical regularly and using it for 30 minutes is something I see myself doing long term. I might even try to use the elliptical twice a day for 30 minutes, so that I could get my hour again…or I maybe I’ll start doing TaeBo again to get more variety.
