Practice Yoga
downward, dog!

I do yoga a couple of times per week, but I’d like to start practicing daily. I find it so refreshing and relaxing, and I love the challenge as well, and I don’t know why I don’t make more time for it. It’s not as if I don’t have the time.

I think it’s such a positive thing and I need to get off of my big heinie and do it.
