keep track of my diet (read all 2 entries…)

is too personal and too much of a burden to write down every little thing i eat every single day. i’ve lost 10 lbs and i am doing good. my new goal is just to stay on the f*ing diet for a year so i can actually set out to do what i want to do. count calories, pay attention, exercise. not log every item into a book. that’s too daunting. i don’t know what i ever considered it in the first place.
