I’ve taken two courses that included CPR and First Aid. The course also included basic firefighting techniques and sea survival.
Although it seems pretty straight forward when seen on TV CPR isn’t quite that easy. So I recomend that everybody learns how to do this. Someones live, someone you love, might depend upon it. I’m sure you can spare a couple of nights so that you can learn this – it’s worth it!
