I work with words as a translator, and therefore with my mind. I have taken up running, to work with my body. I play and sing in a performing West Gallery group – to me this is working with my spirit. This leaves me with a need to work also with my hands in order to be fully rounded. I have downloaded a gorgeous pattern for a crochet skirt and am trying to recover a skill I have not used for nearly 30 years.
