Well I bought a book about the non-diet and it teaches people how to never have to diet again and reach their natural weight for their body. I started the first phase which is to make peace with food. Make a peach equal to ice cream and chips equal to broccoli. Make food, food, not good and bad things, just food. So I’ve been having to eat all of the food that have been off limits in other diets, of course only if I’m hungry. So I’ve gained a little weight but that is natural and if I never have to worry about dieting or weight again it is worth it. It’s all about eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full, eventually one will eat like a child again, get sick of rich foods and eat more light foods. It’s working, I don’t want as much junk as before and I don’t think about eating anymore, just when I’m hungry or planning a meal. I’ll let you all know how it’s going.
