Short update...

So I lost 15 pounds since I decided to do this. Unfortunately this winter we really didn’t get much snow (that isn’t neccesarily a bad thing) and I didn’t stick to my plan of cross country skiing 3-5 hours a day after work. But I did cut out fried foods for the most part from my diet. The main reason I decided to do this was because after I started the job I have now, I gained weight. During that time I was also going to the bar frequently and eating the fried foods I cut out of my diet before. I need to clear a goal soon so I can add a walking goal of 3-5 miles a day for a month.
