Being a cook

I really want to be a cook.. I’m smarter than the average kid, but I want a job where at the end of the day I say “What?! Closing time?! But I just got here!”

i think it’s really a great career to be a chef,i plan to start a cooking course after i graduate!i wish my parents will agree with me !
my mom says i could be a chef if i wanted to be one, but she said that she’s a little worried about the money… i wanna go to SAIT or something, oh, you probly dont live where i live (Calagary) SAIT is a place where you learn trades.. example: electrician, or COOK!
how to start
er,though i don’t know much about you ,if you like you can let me know more .i am going to graduate from high school,i doubt if so are you.and i know there is a formal cooking school in a province far away from my home ,so if i go there ,i will stay there till i finish the years’of schooling .
i am from china ,so you know we have a rich culture about cooking .and where are you from?
we can keep in touch in the furture.after i finish my exams,when i will be quite free!

COOL! sorry.. you must think im really dumb.. im from Canda, im almost in grade 8, my school is french so i speak french… I live in a Province called Alberta.. we dont have much of our own culture, but we kindof adopt other people’s.. it would be very cool to keep in touch, if you want to..
