I was really short for my age at the beggining of 7th grade, but i’ve grown a lot in the last 2 years. My Mom is 4’11” and my dad is 5’10”. Im supposedly the tall one in the family so, anyways my goal is to be 6 foot. Only a little less then 8 more inches to go!! lol

I’m taking tissue engineering at college and prof says that excercising will promote bone matrix remodeling. You can probably try apply cyclic load on the bone you want to grow; you can do this by weight lifting. To grow you legs, you probably have to run more to apply more strain on you leg.
In anyrate, excersing won’t hurt, at least it will prevent you from getting shorter from bone reabsorption.
