I always have a lot of tests at the university and I never have time to read books, just the books of my course. Is anybody have some tip to get focus in a book when reading it inside a train, bus and car?
Let me know if it is possible, because for me is awful doing that!!
Audiobooks can be a godsend for travel (or for study breaks when your eyes are tired.) Be careful to only get audiobooks that are unabridged (or abridged with the author’s approval if you must) because otherwise you lose a lot of the story. Audiobooks can be on tape, CD, or downloadable mp3’s.
If you want an author to try (and a reader—which is almost as important) Terry Prachett novels work really well and are very funny. Stephen Briggs reads all the discworld novels (which are mostly what Terry Prachett writes) and I recommend starting with one of these. Monstrous Regiment is a hoot, and so is Going Postal.
