Man this one is going to be tough, Ive been trying for sooo long and I dont know what to do..ive stopped for like a few weeks before…but then i just find myself biting again..and my nails are always weak because even if i dont bite them i have a habit of putting them in my mouth..what do i do…???
I read the last comment and realized I was biting my nails. This is bad! Its like I have no control over my actions…what happened to mind over matter?? What does that EVEN MEAN!!
