Im in the military (all my posts should start like this). I joined to save money! SO, im going to try to save $1000 a month from my paycheck. Us navy people dont make a lot of money, so thats a lot. It leaves me with just enough for the essentials every month. I figure, i get everything i need from the navy for free, so what the hell? Plus, if all goes well, in 5 years time when im ready to get married, i’ll have around $60,000! Thats basically a years entry level salary for my civilian dream job, so hell yea.
