Des is still alive but has no joy to share

buy nothing for an entire week
I do this regularly

But not necessarily intentionally. Very often I just don’t go into a store for a week at a time. Especially when I get busy. And since I’m not a spender on convenience items, even things that cost small amounts, it just isn’t an issue.
