THIS HUMAN EXPERIENCE IS SO FULL OF NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES, AND I BELEIVE THESE UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES CAUSE PEOPLE TO SOMETIMES BECOME ANGRY AND BITTER. I MYSELF CAN THINK OF AT LEAST “43” THINGS TO BE ANGRY OR BITTER ABOUT!
HOWEVER, I TRULY BELEIVE THAT IF I TRY, (KEY WORD TRY AS NO ONE IS PERFECT)TO BE THE BETTER PERSON IN ALL SITUATIONS THAT MAY ARISE, I WILL EMERGE HAPPIER!
IN THE MOMENT IT FEELS LIKE I AM BEING A BIG WIMP, BY WALKING AWAY OR NOT YELLING BACK ETC. UPON REFLECTION HOWEVER, WHEN I CONTAIN MYSELF AND ACT ASSERTIVELY, (NOT PASSIVE, NOT AGGRESIVE) I AM THE BETTER PERSONI WANT TO DO THIS, I AM DOING THIS, IT WILL NEVER BE COMPLETE.
BE THE BETTER PERSON.
