I worry to often if I’ve upset someone by what or how I said things. I have been getting better at it though.
I once heard something which really helped me with this:
“What others think of me is none of my d*mned business!”
Which makes sense, doesn’t it?
It’s hard to do though, my reflexive response to anything is “But What will X or Y think?”
