There is no place like Seattle. I want to go home too. It’s amazing what you can allow to get in the way of living in a great city. I am now without Seattle and i miss it terribly. Although, it was 78 degrees on New Years and i spent it on the beach building sand castles with my son here in Florida. So there are at least a few positive aspects of getting out. But not nearly enough. I want to go back. I will go back. Possibly as a corpse but i will get back.

And today is one of those sunny but absolutely freezing days. But it’s very nice to walk through the Pike Place Market, breathing fog, smelling the bakeries opening up, watching people set up the fish and vegetable stands, etc.
You need to move back. And soon. Preferably alive.
