this was so worth it…of course it took me forever to actually understand that speaking up for yourself is worth it…and that pple actually respect you for it…and that you love yourself for it….and that u really dont have much to lose because if it doesnt work out, you are exactly where u started not worse off…..that the more you do it, the better you get at it…. love it….everyone should try it …..!
