Ok, I also put exercise regularly as a goal. I do have a gym membership, and have actually been going lately (as in, this week).

But I recently noticed that my back and tummy are getting left out when I do cardio and weights. I am not overweight, buuuut I think my clothes would be a little more flattering if I focused on my midriff a little more.

Especially since I’m tall and it’s tough to find shirts that don’t expose an inch or two or waist in the normal course of movement.

Hmm, I just ate dinner. I’ll wait an hour then I’ll do my first hundred. In the meantime, I really should vacuum the floor! :-)
