That’s cool. I wish I too have the guts to do this. I have been learning and learning and I am even taking business as my major but…I simply don’t have the guts yet. I think I am scared to see my money down the drain after saving so hard!
No risk no gain. Its really a lot of fun, first of all research your buys, dont risk more than you can lose, plus a certain learning fee is inevitable. So far I havent lost anything, my portfolio is up 4,5%.
I did a lot of reading on it
Knowing me, I’d be nervous and stressed out with this kind of thing. I know it’s not necessary to check everything every single second but I found out that is how I am. I will definitely be obsessed with every details of it no matter how insignificant.
We had this exercise in Finance class where we are given “pretend” stocks to take care of. I was really stressed out with it, in addition to being mediocre in accounting and finance. I didn’t lose any money (but the amount of energy I spent not to lose it…God) but I didn’t gain too much either at the end of the day. Guess I still have much to learn.
Guess I should stick to understanding Real Estates.
