I tried to make it once… i make a mean stock for western soups. But making Pho just didnt taste the same..I wish I knew the secret.. Pho 79 in LA has an amazing version made with charbroiled pork….Yummy!

Wow, kudos to you for trying.
Knowing how to make good pho is quite difficult. There is definitely a secret to it – maybe it’s MSG. Who knows.
