Dreamer~ Forward, onward, and upward

April Goal: Complete 30-60 minutes of exercise (cardio and toning) at least 3 times a week (read all 8 entries…)
Week of 3-26-06

Wednesday- Powerflex, walked Kayla to the park and walked around for 20 minutes as she played done

Thursday- Elliptical 45 minutes (this is the plan!)

Saturday- 1 hour of cardio & Powerflex (this is the plan!)
