I’m going to try and do 100 situps everynight before I go to bed, I’ve already done it sunday and tuesday, and my stomach was sooo sore after. :O

yeah, I used to go to the gym, so I’m trying to find new ways of making my stomach awesome for summer that I’ll acually do, a suprisingly hard feat. I’ll do more if 100 gets too easy.

I’m no professional, but I played a lot of sports back in high school. If you want to have abs, it’s not necessarily better to do so many and doing it everyday won’t really help because you need to let your muscles build. Building muscles is about destroying your muscles and building new ones. So it’s good to do it maybe 3-4 days a week and let your muscles build. There’s lots of good sites that shows you how to get great abs. Good Luck!
