Our first date ;) 2 years ago

We went to see The Inside Man last night. I almost asked for a raincheck because of the thunderstorms and pouring rain…we went on and I really enjoyed myself. I usually have a big problem when people talk during the movie, last night it was us doing the talking. No one seemed to be aggravated. In fact a guy in our row was snoring loudly, and people were chuckling, his date seemed to care less.

He was very attentive, opening doors, making sure I had everything I wanted, holding my hands when I sneezed because I got cold in the theater. We talked the whole way back. He walked me to my door and we hugged good night. It was a great hug too…I could still feel his energy after he left.

He wants to take me to dinner tonight.

A week ago I was content knowing I’d cross paths with a man whose presence kept me lifted. This week, I’m living it ;) I remember when Saafir said to just live my life loving the people around me and a relationship would come. I’m enjoying this process as it unfolds~

I am having a great time. We hung out last night, we talked and had Chinese food (with a pit stop in-between to Starbucks)...I even learned something new. He asked me if I drink wine, I do, I have been into Moscato ever since last summer. Well, he drinks Moscato D’Asti. He picked a bottle up but we’ll have to drink it another time, I was with him for a limited amount of time.

I've never

tried Moscato. I’ll have to check it out. It sounds like its easy for the two of you to talk and just spend time in each others presence. Have you planned the next date? Oh btw, I sent you another invitation recently. I sent it to LisaLipscomb and I was wondering if you got it. It was the goal to join in on sending a card to Ronald.

It is easy to talk to him~

Time also flies when we’re both talking and together (which has been twice). We’ll be going out Saturday, his birthday is Sunday. Maybe tomorrow, depends on how long he’s hoisted in the air, cutting down trees ;)

I did not receive the invitation, I will contact the robots and ask them what’s going on, or…when you can try it again- if that doesn’t work, I’ll bug them~

No butterflies, but he told me I made him a little nervous. He’s easy to talk to and is very open. One of his good friends used to date my aunt, so I didn’t realize he knew as much as he does about my family.

Dreamer~ Yes We Did!

This is a learning process for me~

I usually am too business-like, but this is better. You know how they say a person can’t see the forest for the trees…I’m the one who (usually) can’t see the trees because of the forest. BTW he works in forestry, he has his own tree cutting business. He spends most of his time being suspended in air, hanging by ropes, with a chainsaw in hand.

I may be able to squeeze some time in Friday as well…he’s always ready, it’s me with the busiest schedule…I think we’ll be able to do some training together soon. He’s a marathon runner ;)
