I am officially OUT of control on this one. Here is my daily sugar routine:
Cereal Bar after breakfast, before lunch.
After lunch: 1 fun size of m&ms and girlscout cookies, usually 5 cookies (I justify this with the cookies being for a good cause).
After dinner I have icecream topped with one of the items from the picture. Even if I am full. Add in a little vino, and the week-ends where I just constantly go to the pantry to grab a little something.
I’m bored at work so I have this sugar schedule going which makes me crash and feel more bored. I am totally addicted right now.
All in moderation. A little more fruit would probably not kill me. I think I used to eat apples in the morning. Yes, I did!
