Week of 4-2-06

Sunday -Cardio Step (instead of kickboxing) Done!

Monday -Elliptical machine 45 min Done!

Wednesday -Powerflex & a 15 minute warm-up on the elliptical machine Done!

Saturday -30 minutes of cardio Done!

So far

I’m on target, I have my gym bag packed for after work ;)

Can I workout vicariously through you?

LOL, to my dismay I’m heading to the gym now:( Treadmill here I come!
