I’m conscious about what I eat, but I’m not following a strict diet. What would it be like to follow a strict diet? If I were to follow such a diet, I would cut out over-processed, bleached carbs. I would eat more fruits and vegetables daily. No refined sugar. No trans fats. I would eat more raw foods. Less saturated fat. More fish (safe for eating). I would cook more and eat out far less.
