I love complex flavors; I hate complex recipes.
I’ve been working on making simple, yet elegant, awsome tasting foods. Removing steps, and flavors that are unnecessary or the ROI is just not worth it. Simple is better.

How true...

I hate cooking a complex recipe, with lots of ingredents, so if I can find something that will bring out the flavors of what I’m cooking without the trouble, then I’m there. BUT sometimes you have to do the work for the dish to come out.

Have you came up with a good recipe?
