Inspired Like Crazy 3 years ago

A wave of motivation and creativity came over me during the past week so I’ve cranked out some music! Not only did I get inspired, but I got these instrumental submitted to Film/TV library listing with TAXI!

There’s one song that I wrote on Monday called “Urgent Room” which I wrote, recorded, mixed and submitted AFTER I was supposed to be in bed sleeping. It’s a 2 min soundtrack kind of thing for an operating room scene. You can check it out at http://www.broadjam.com/

Thanks for the cheer!

I am not in the habit of checking this site on a regular basis, but I love the idea of it!

I’ve always written music and enjoy singing my songs mixed in with standards, folk, pop, show tunes . . . whatever.

It seems the music world - like a lot of electronic-related worlds - is way different from just a few years ago.

I’m hoping to settle in with one or two good accompanists, lay down some tracks, set up some local concert dates and just have fun with it.

Hope things are going well for you too.

My “Urgent Room” tune got forwarded onto a TV listing. I think General Hospital. Haven’t heard back if it’s actually going to be used, but it was fun to write.

I’m in Singapore waiting for a flight. Haven’t been done any songwriting while I’ve been travel that past couple of weeks. Looking forward to getting back at it!
