lose 10 lbs
It'all about the rigth quality and quantity of calories

Fed up (ha ha ha) of being overweigth (abt 5’8” 186lbs) and loosing all the tennis matches I played, I decided three and half years ago to do something in order to loose at least 20 lbs.

1) I bougth a couple of books about the Zone Diet of Barry Sears

2) I convinced my wife to join me in loosing some lbs

3) I persisted and
-the first month I lost abt 10 lbs
-the second month I lost abt 5 lbs
-the third month I lost abt 3 lbs
-the fourth month i lost abt 2 lbs
-the fifth month I lost abt 1 lb
-the sixth month I lost almost nothing, but had already
reached my GOAL!!

4) since then I didn’t get back any of the lost fat….!AND I’M WINNING ALL MY TENNIS MATCHES NOW (well may be not all but I’m not any longer giving away the games like before…!)BUT DO NOT THINK THAT ONCE YOU HAVE LOST YOUR 10 OR 20 POUNDS YOU CAN START EATING AGAIN WHAT YOU LIKE!! Keep on diet! keep counting the calories and keep the right balance between the intake of fat, proteins and carbohydrates in each meal. Reduce sugar, fat (and fast) food, sweets and pasta, drink only water (or wine during meal if you like) slow down on beer too (better give a cut), avoid like pest all kind of soft drinks (coke, seven-up and all the like).

Have at least three big meals and two snacks every day, yes it is the quality of the calories that you get eating and drinking that make the difference not the weight of the food you shove in your stomach!!!
Add a daily routine of phisical exercises, at least 3/4 hours per week of phisical training!!

This diet can also help you to avoid problems with your health (diabetis and high blood pressure), my blood test have never been so good before!

WARNING!!Perseverance is the key, no shortcuts are available to loose weigth, so avoid any system or diet that promises you to loose a lot of weigth in a too short time, these are just good system to spoil your healt!

Good luck!!
