This week's progress 3/07/06

I went and bought all new shampoos and soaps and all the stuff to get ready at the gym. I bought a caddy to store it all in the locker there and also bought a laundry bag for the locker.
So far, I have worked out 4 times since I posted this goal. Tommorrow will be my 3rd day this week. Now I need to make it there consistently and stay with it.
On Wed, I did a 1 mile run and then a cardio/weight class. My legs hurt now. The instructer really likes lunges. Ouch.
