This is perfect! I’ve actually been dealing with a lot of these, but just never had them quantified before! The clothes thing is so true – I just want to feel comfortable in my clothes again! I want to go to yoga and sit cross-legged like everyone else! I want to wear a pair of pants and not have the thighs wear out first!

Another great point, that goes with #82 – it feels wonderful to tell someone that didn’t know you were close to 300 (or however many) pounds that you USED to be 300 pounds…

i loved this and i identified with a lot of them I dont really even know how much i way because i was scared to get on the scale but i have set a goal to lose 100 pounds before I get married
