Yeah you gain and lose money but it’s a great way to diversify your financial portfolio. Most people only know about stuff the bank offers them like CD’s, savings accounts, money market accts, and possibly mutual funds, but I used to think buying stock and getting into the stock market was hard, but it’s realllly easy. Just finding that key stock seems to be my goal now because it’s hard to figure out which ones will give the best return. Probably if I focused more on reading the financial papers and stock best picks by the people who really know about wall street, or maybe I’ll even get a broker someday or a financial advisor. All I know is I’ve made quite a bit of money (not bragging) just picking a few stocks and going with the flow, so I must be doing something right.
