if you keep up with your yoga the muscles that get sore from inactivity or misalignment get the attention they need. i am amazed at how well my yoga practice keeps me going and i don’t consider myself a deeply immersed, serious practioner. i still wouldn’t mind a couple hands pushing and prodding me though.
