Greet every person I encounter today with a smile! (read all 13 entries…)
remembered my smile rule again today 3 years ago

very effective! got an old guy to open up to me about his upcoming triple bypass surgery—(he wasn’t going to tell me but I bet the smiling got to him!) now I need to make a note and take him something in the hospital, next thursday.
