It looks like the IT market is a little flooded with people trying to jump ship. I think I might have to wait a while before I find the job I want at the rate I want.

The last two interviews both resulted in them offering me a job, but at a much lower rate than the range I was looking for. Oh well, I just need to hold out for the right opportunity.
