break bad habits
I went to bed early and got up early! 3 years ago

Going to bed late is one of my bad habits. I just don’t want to go to bed until i can’t even keep my eyes open.
Yesterday night, I started feeling sleepy at 8 pm and i went to bed and slept for almost 12 hours till 730 this morning!

I feel great! Fresh! high spirit! ready to do work!

Keep it up. today should go to bed before 11 pm and get up tomorrow before 8 am!
