I’m starting to get the hang of this, but I forget too often to do it.

wow
This is positive thinking at its very finest. :) I’ve no more cheers left for the day, but you’ve got a handful of unofficial ones for this one!
Mind over matter
This goal reminds me of one of the speakers in the movie “What the Bleep do We Know?” Every day he would map out his day in his mind, making a conscious effort to reinforce new (more positive) neural pathways, in order to, ultimately, change his reality. The movie itself had its pluses and its minuses, but this was one interesting concept that I keep returning to. How is it working out for you?
Intentions
I’m doing OK with it. I totally agree with the notion that your reality is largely based on what you choose to focus on. One thing I’m doing more often now is celebrating each “completion” no matter how small. It really helps ward off those “I’m overwhelmed with work” blues. I get up out of my chair and smile and jump around.
How is it working for you? Do you have certain structures or intentions that you use for mapping out your day?
