Well, yesterday, (Fri.) I ate dinner leftovers for lunch instead of heading to the dining hall (which was better), though I ended up eating like 3 big cookies that were in the office kitchen and that sort of thing afterward. :*(
Today (Sat.) I ate alright, not eating too much I think. Though I may go out with my boyfriend tonight and if we do I wonder how many drinks I’ll have…hmmm? Though on the other hand, if we don’t go out somewhere, I probably won’t have any.
I need to stay aware of what I’m eating, but also keep up with the exercise. :) I know that I need to try to cut out so many sweets during the day too. I did get this chocolate Easter bunny for Easter, which I’m trying to share with my stepdad, so I don’t end up eating the whole thing. :( haha. I figure, as long as there isn’t any sweets bought in the house, I may do better at home with what I’m eating, esp. if I end up having something sweet at lunch for dessert. Temptations in both home and work are not helping. :(
ANYWAY, my main thing – I need to not eat so many sweets, pay attention to how much I’m eating (food in general) and make sure I do SOME SORT of exercise everday (whether it be working out on the Bow Flex, taking a walk around the block, or even chores. :D)
So, we’ll see by the end of this next week, how good or bad I’m doing. :D Also, this week is a ‘bloated’ feeling week..hahaha…so all that is going on with me right now, doesn’t help.
