Am now up to two weeks without sugar and sweet stuff. Had my third craving for something sweet today, but luckily it only lasts for a few minutes.
Ive been having trouble getting up to my 1400 calories. It must be the weather, whenever it is starting to get warm I lose my appetite. My average for this week was only 1260 – will try to eat a teensy bit more next week.
Not doing well with the exercising though. Its already warm enough that walking any later than dawn is miserable. Did tai chi once this week…
