I left this job a month or so after my first 90 day review
The review was good, but the employers refused to give me the full time with benefits that my family requires. I noticed a pattern of the company dragging along, leading people along and not rewarding them with benefits or full time status.
The excuse is, it’s a lot of paperwork, and they want to be sure before bestowing full time. Yet the workers know they’re being treated badly, so they become disgruntled and sabotage the product in small ways. Worker-management relations are very bad. Maybe a union wouldn’t be such a bad thing after all. Or management should clean up their acts of negligence and incompetence.
