ok, i’m only doing 15, and my goal is 20, but i am putting this on my finished list because i am going to accoplish this very soon, and i know i will keep up with it. if i don’t, i will have to resign myself to being old, and i am not quiet ready to do that yet.

just do it!

it doesn’t take long, just a commitment! i am now up to 17. i do them every morning. never skipped a day. it was very hard to start, which is why i am going to keep it up. i’m not getting any younger, you know. hey!—neither are you! hup two three four, get your body on the floor!

It's not that hard...

I normally do 200 in the morning non stop. And another 100 in the night. And I’m not exhausted or having sore abs, lol. Don’t set yourself a goal – all it does is limit yourself.
