track down the cheer goblin, beat him up and take back all the cheers he has made off with (read all 4 entries…)

Am trying to catch up on my cheers, but there seems to be a 15 minute window during which I can return cheers before they disappear.
So if I wanted to do any cheering tonight, I would have to log on every 15 minutes. Which, of course, I have no intention of doing. (looks shiftily from side to side while saying this.)
