Try not to miss the Perseid meteor shower in August

It usually happens between August 12-14. Pretty consistent and hardly ever disappoints, but get away from city lights, smog, fog, etc.

Before Sunrise.

Yes, it said that they will be seen that day EARLY IN THE MORNING. Before Sunrise. So if you wake up early make sure to watch the sky. On a rate of ten shootingstars every hour… Not very much a “rain” but definitely more than on any other day…

Very tempting...

One of the things I’ve always wanted to do is drive out into an area with a very clear sky (away from the city) to watch one of those.
